I have recently been looking at most of the "certified" courses out there, especially train the trainer courses, and found only a handful that actually have any credentials behind them. So, what is a certification if it is not substantiated by a body that says the certification means something?
Does anyone know of accredited train the trainer certifications? Or of any agency which accredits these kinds of things?

The AIOBP is a good resource, Situational Leadership by Ken Blanchard companies is another of their accredited courses. But they have recently revised their accreditation criteria, not sure why.

A certification from an accredited organization adds to your CV and your credibility as a trainer. One such organization that accredits training programs is the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP).
