1. Committee chairman (Plant head)
2. Comittee coordinator (May be You)
3. Committee Leader (Any employee who can lead)
5. Committee Member (Employee one each from departments)
All team personnel to get trained in
1. Safety awareness
2. PPE's usage
3. Fire fighting
4. FIrst Aid
5. Material Handling
6. Incident control
7. Unsafe act/Condition indentification
8. Safety audit
