I would request you all to do some reading:
a) read the "Private security agencies regulation act 2005"
b) speak with the office bearers of Central Association of Private security industry CAPSI, safdurjung enclave.
c) read ISO 28001 "supply chain management" or CTPAT (custom trade partnership against terrorism of US custom border patrol"
d) ISO- 27001 (information security management systems)
All would appreciate the issues that are currently plaguing one of India biggest manpower employers >50 lacs people are engaged in Private Security Industry, skillsets/ trainings/ qualification etc for guards/ supervisors etc.
security guard is not an unskilled labour. The correct identifer would be least "matriculate".
