Dear Seniors
Is there any value for MSW (Pm and Ir) Specilization??? I have completed my PG in Social work and side by side completed PGDHRM.. But the Problem Msw People facing lots of troubles in Getting a Job. If got Job also Not Suitable for the subject and many have confusing with HR and PM and IR .If these Msw people search Jobs have doubt in whether to search in Admin or HR or PM and IR..I hope the PM and Ir has no values than Hr..MBA people has Much values than MSW's If people Pursue MSW (HR) they are not getting like MBA's..why so? In future the life of Social work is a Question mark.Especially in Tamilnadu MSW people has no value when compare to other sides North..Even am too Looking job Hardly But still i can't find good one..Eventhough have one year experience in Admin field .. If i go to Admin It is not related to HR..Finding next job is difficult so please seniors help me in this regard
please Help me that what course after this i can do make my field stronger please help seniors

Try to understand, that you are having a verygood calibre and carryon your travel in the same path. One fine day you will also reach the maximum level. In your comments I have seen your self confident, knowledge, way of advise and your efficiency.
Education is only the entry ticket which takes us to the Interview hall. But our way of approach, knowledge, way of reply, our behaviour, etc., only takes us to the position in any organisation. Further the attitude of a person, working knowledge and managing the situation will only take him to the height in the organisation.
