Respected Seniors,

I am a management faculty & i teach the topics in HRM, OB & MF. I am joining Ph.D this year & interested to do my research in the area of Transactional Analysis. But I know a very little about the concept & I am not able to decide on the research topic under TA.

So, please help me in choosing a particular field of research in TA & help me by sending available materials, phd projects & synopsis, if possible.

Thanks & Regards,

Sibananda S.M. Tripathy

Dear Sibanand,
Please access Google and also other sites and read about the concept.
I also suggest that you search the web and read all about TA and HRM. I recall studying about this as far back as 1985 in Personnel Management module.
Also, kindly give an English version of the Bhagavadgita stanza that you use in your signature.
Have a nice day.

Hi Sibananda,
I think the first step for you shall be to attend a basic TA workshop called TA 101. There are additional workshops for life-scripts, games and work-skills. I hope you have read books like: I am Ok-You are OK, Becoming OK, Games people play to gain more understanding of the concepts.
I dont know your base city otherwise I would have suggested some thing.
You can get in touch with any of the TA members in India: TA Practitioners - India <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) .

Hi Sibananda,

I am also interested in conducting research on Transactional Analysis, and I have collected some materials on it. Some of them have been really useful in clarifying the concept and understanding the research area of transactional analysis.

It seems like we both will be working in the same area. Would you please provide me with your personal email ID so that we can share our resources with each other, if you don't mind?

Regards,
Paras
