I am very confused about this term.. Please help me in this... When i searched different Search site i came to this :
A gradual reduction in work force without firing of personnel, as when workers resign or retire and are not replaced. A gradual, natural reduction in membership or personnel, as through retirement, resignation, or death.
I am not sure If Retirement can be counted in this Coz Retirement is something for which we can make some backup so how could it be consider a Attrition??
And also Death its an Natural calamity, can it also be counted??
