Hi !

I was working in company called Bramco WLL based in Bahrain and co is also registered in Delhi, India.

This co has got two projects in Delhi for supply and installation work of Stone at DIAL Project.

I have joined this organisation on 16th of August 2010 in Bahrain as Sr. Manager Accounts, I was doing very good over there. All of sudden top functionaries of the company called me Delhi for 10 days but it became 3 months whenever I asked them to send me back to Bahrain everytime I got very odd answer.

As in Delhi they dont have proper manpower so they putted every responsibility on my head which I was doing perfactly. On 16th of Jan,2011 my fathers death anniversary was on that date (Sunday) so I was busy for doing some ritual for my father, Same day at 12 o clock i got a call for coming to office and forcing me to come to office for work when i refuse to go then they commented on my fathers death that all these are excuses, which was not tollarable for me and than finally i went to office and submitted my resignation to them which they have accepted.

After serving my notice period till 31st of Jan they have issued a letter where they have mentioned that they have terminating me with saying that i am incapable and not upto the mark etc.

Finally on 10th I went to office for Handing over because earlier they have not allocated anyone to take handover from me so on 10 I have started giving handover to a person called Suganth.

On 11th I was little late to office when i was on the way i got a call from owners daughter and started shouthed on me by using non-sense words and had a hot discussion with her and she stopped me to enter the office.

After that i stopped going office and now when I have asked for my final settlement everytime they are making new story.

Please suggest on this.
