Dear Members,
We come across a lot of employees who go absconding from their jobs in our company.
Can anybody suggest a way to counter it. Is there any way to block the future employment of such employees in other companies or list such employees as Absconding?
Appreciate all the valuable inputs from the Seniors. Awaiting prompt replies on the same.

HI Ekta...
Are you working in a BPO or IT,ITES?
The people who have left without any information are generally called absconding, why do you want to blacklist them?
Actually the loopholes lies in our recruitment, and there are some people who have to leave no matter what, they just won't stay in the company.
So it is the work of recruiter to find out, use psychometric tests, experience will teach you the difference between bad and good hire.
Put your best efforts to retain, and if they don't you really cannot o much specially in BPOs.
There is a saying very popular in BPOs.....The BPOs are mushrooming like anything in Delhi, NCR...and if an undergraduate start working in BPOs and leave his/her job every 3 months...they will reach the age of retirement....:)
Hope it works for you...
