Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.
Evening at 9 - 11pm:is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Thanks for this beautiful science behind the sleeping process.
I was looking for this. When I say ' one should go to bed before 9.30 pm and wake up before 5.00am'. My friends and relatives laugh at me and discouraging.Further asking me to 'be practical'.
Now I have a strong evidence to justify the early wake up
There is a proverb in Tamil language
" Adhikaalayil ezhubavanai velvadhu kadinam"
" Vaigarai thuyil ezhu"
I almost following what you have written. I normally wake up before 5.00 am
(I have no TV cable connection...that helps me a lot to follow the scheduled life)
I have two kids one aged 1.5 years old and other is 6 years old.
I strongly believe TV will spoil them at this stage
I use Internet for their relaxation
Last but not least
'Take care of your Health up to 40years and then Health will take care of you after'

Dear Mr. SLS (Your way of writing seems to be you are elder than me, so only Initials) Whatever our ancestors are telling they are very much correct.
In early stage of human beings our rishis were telling Sevvai (Mars) reason it is red in colour. After invention of Telescope western culture certifies that they found our sanskrit literature whatever available is correct. How is it possible for them to analyse the planets colour without even think of its distance from here.
Now in history Riverside Civilisation is a chapter and discussing about the culture starts with the river side. Whereas in Neethi Satakam there is a slogan
"Yatra Mitra Na vastabyam, Tatra na-asti chatushtayam

Dear friend one should not live in a place where four amenities are not available. they are lendor one who gives loan, Doctor, Talented knowledgable person and good water available river.
These literatures when it was developed, no one knows the history.
We are very rich in Technology side too. Now only we are expecting others for our weapons, but once upon a time we are very rich in Missile Technology too.
The MahaBharatha War was held at Haryana near Kurukshetra, Still radiation effect is there in that area. We are telling about the Hiroshima bombardment in Japan proudly and its radiation effect. Still Ramayana War effects available in Dhanushkodi (India) and Talai-mannar (Srilanka) area.
Some one can make fun that who was that engineer constructed the Sethu Bridge. but fact is that till 15th century public used to walk over the bridge and went to Talai Mannar from Dhanushkodi. You can see the same in (Google earth).
Like that there are so many thing we can explain. But due to time and space I am unable to write these all.
