I will tell you simple method of calculation of Bonus
From 01 Apr to 31 Mar take out their attendance details monthwise.
In Apr 26 working days workman present for 24 days then please give the formula as (3500/26)*24 then in may 27 working days and present for 24 days for which (3500/27)*24 and so on.
If you do so no one can raise any question. Because in case of daily rated workmen the attendance only will be taken into consideration and not their productivity.
