read good stories and books to understand concepts on behaivour
develop realtionship building
show empathy towards others
be sensitive to feelings

Strong relationships with others is the basics of a leader.And also
Do practise the human values ( integrity,truthfulness, trustworthiness etc) as much as possible ,because Strong your values leads to stronger character , stronger personality and a true leader.
Leader is really inside you , Just Inside you , need you to guide yourself accordingly for all positive mindset.
