I hv joined the site in Sep. 2010 , but i hv not used bcoz am not aware hw to use.
I hv one question if some employe was earlier in ESI but now she has come out from ESI so whether she is eligible for ESI not??????

If the employee's monthly gross salary is above 15000/- then she will not be covered under ESIC.
But ESI has two contribution periods and contribution should not be stopped in between even if there is a increase in employee's gross salary:
1.From April to September
2.From October to March
