I am looking for the address of the Security Guard Board Office in Panvel, specifically for Raigad District. I suspect that one of my security service providers in Panvel is cheating us by not following the guard board compliance regulations. I want to file a complaint against him. Please guide me on how to proceed and provide any valuable suggestions if you have any.

As per my knowledge, Security Guard Board compliance is necessary for any principal employer. Secondly, the agency providing security services must have the PSARA License as per the PSARA Act 2005. Once awarded the contract, as per guard board rates, the agency must obtain the exemption under Section 23 of the MPSGUARDS (EMP & welfare) Act 1981. After the release of the notification for exemption, the agency must get registered with the district security guard board within the stipulated time. Also, the agency will register the principal employer and the guards as stated in the notification. The complete process is to be done within the given timeframe as per the act.
Once the guard board intervenes, you may have to follow the instructions as per the guard board. The guard board has all the rights to deploy their security guards if any of the norms are found violated by either the principal employer or employing agency.
