I am MBA in HR and currently I am working with a BPO as a process trainer
this is my first job after MBA and i was a fresher. Please suggest me if what are the future career prospectives for a trainer?? will it be helpful for my career as an HR person??

ya it will be help full bt with this job u can join one course that is certified by delhi govt find it in google bye the name of "istd" this course will be usefull for ur career ashish delhi

thank you Mr ashish for your reply but i have already invested lacs of amount in MBA and need to pay out the loan so i cant invest more in some other extra courses till i earn sufficient money of my own so, if i dont do dis course then also would it be good for me to be a trainer as a fresher?
