Enhancing Soft Skills Through Positive Thinking and Creative Approaches - CiteHR

Hi, One of the most important aspects of soft skills is Thinking Skills. How to think positively, because thinking skills should be a bigger priority than reading, writing, and arithmetic. Research shows that thinking positively increases the employment rate by 500% and reduces actual criminal convictions by 90%. Thinking is fundamental when it comes to living your life. There are 3 basic approaches: 1) Changing one's perception, 2) Creative and lateral thinking (New Ideas), 3) Parallel thinking (Exploring the subject).

In fact, I start my soft skill training with the topic, "Think positively to develop your personality."

How is Thinking Different from Intelligence?

I have often come across a question, "How is Thinking different from Intelligence?" Intelligence is a potential; it's like the horsepower of a car while thinking is like the skill you need to drive that car. Thinking is about how to use your intelligence. My experience is that the audience takes much more interest in the subsequent modules.

I would appreciate discussions and comments from my learned friends.

Positive and Constructive Thinking

Always, one must have positive and constructive thinking, which will fetch us a good rapport. Another way to improve our lifestyle is to think in a different way.

A small story: One leading shoe company sends its representative to explore the possibilities of sales of their shoes in a new country. After his visit, the rep came back and explained to the management that there is no chance of selling the shoes in that country because no one is wearing shoes.

The company sends another representative to explore the possibilities of sales of their shoes in the same new country. As a surprise, the representative came back with pride and explained that in that country, no one is wearing any shoes. Therefore, we are the first persons approaching with this product in their market, and we are having a very good market there if we approach it in the proper way.

So, think differently. We can succeed.

With warm regards,

The Fluid Nature of Thinking

No one teaches us how to think in our infant days, so the mind is always in flux and in a liquid mode. Thinking changes every time you have an interaction.
