[SIZE="4"]Punctuality!
Many people make a small matter of punctuality.
They even indulge in derisive laughter if others insist on it.
To be a un-punctual is to commit an offence against a universally accepted morol code.
You can not call yourself a civilised person if you are not punctual.
Cultivate the habit of punctuality without reserve.

I do agree with your point Mr. AVS.
If we are punctual in our work then automatically we will succeed in our task.
Especially in Tamil Nadu, the Migrated North Indians mainaining the Pawn Broker shop, whether the business available or not obviously they will open the shop by 9:00 am and they will stay till the stipulated time in their shop. But by seeing their punctuality and their persistance, obviously the locals used to get borrowed and pledge their ornaments for their necessity.
So the important thing is Punctuality and persistancy, which can take us to new heights.
With warm regards
