This is a very good point you have made among the HR professionals that instead of discussing about these Film Stars or just the Cricket Stars... we should actually take time out to pay our sincere tribute to these true STARS of our Country... whithout there sacrifice it was not possible for all of our Countymen to enjoy the peace & freedom that we enjoy within our Country... all that is at the cost of the lives of these True National Heroes !
This is hightime when all of should understand and accept this fact !

it is really awesome, even it is very emotional sentimental material, water drop came out from my eyes,
its a strong question, if i ask, even to my self, "who is ready to die today at this moment?"........................ i think practicle answer from all of us is nobody.........
And for what we are scared?., we want to enjoy our life, with wife, with family with this world,.......who want to miss movies in theators, roaming with friends, songs, party and what not.
we want to enjoy all this thing, and for that army is fighting for us. for our tomorrow, for our enjoyment, ppl are dieing for us.
