Nothing like that in your resume. You should highlight the achievements, projects done, additional qualifications, and soft skills. This is what will make you stand out among others.

Hi Sangeetha, for a fresher, the most important thing required is your communication skills. Also, your resume should contain your key areas of interest in HR and demonstrate some deep knowledge in those areas with examples. Your resume design should be crisp and free of grammar or spelling mistakes. Your extracurricular activities should be highlighted.
Most of all, prepare yourself for the question - Tell about Yourself.
