Dear Seniors,
Greeting of the day...!!!
In our company I found that our Union Leaders -( 07 employees ) do not work actually but throughout the day these Union Leaders wander from here & there.
These Union Leaders comes to HR department for very petty & trivial issues.
So my question what can be done to make these people actually work.
I have observed that in other big Companies also the Union Leaders do not work physically!!!
Your valuable inputs are highly appreciable.

The Union leaders should also work, provided that they should be given some previlages to run the Union activities. You may convene a meeting and discuss the issue with them. Abbas.P.S

Generally the union leaders donot work. But if they are pro management then you can use them on the other way. You can use them for getting information about what is going on the work area (for espionage).or for selling some change/policy of management to workforce . For this some advantage is require to give them. By this way you can get some output .
