As a part of our MSW curriculum, I'm working on a research on work-life conflicts. As a part of this project, I would need your help to fill out a short questionnaire. The purpose is basically to have an idea of what the major work-life conflicts are among the IT sector and the various coping strategies used to overcome the conflicts among married employees in the IT sector.
