HI All,
I have been treated unethically at office.
I have been working for 2.4yrs in same company and work under a CEO who stays in US and i directly report him.
I take care of come BIZ-hr operations in the company.
here comes, i have not got any documents( hike letters, promotion letters etc) from him till now and he refuses to give me until i leave the company.
What should i do now??
can i take for signatures from my team mates? as i don have any managers above me..
please help me,

Lily i am also facing the same problem. But difference is i am here from only 1 month and wherever i ask for offer letter, i have been replied like, what difference does it make?
So, i know how it feels when organization is not professional. But you need to take persisting and make documentary record of all docs you have asked for and take into writting what your boss has promised you. then , it will make sense to some extend.

Its unethically but u keep urself cool. Just do one thing I know its hard to follow. Coolly ask ur boss why he want you to leave the job. Do u have salary slip, if u r having salary slip then this will serve your purpose, but politely ask for the letters.

Hi lily ,
In your post you have mentioned that you dint got any documents related to Hike,Promotion.
By this I assume that You might have already got Appointment Letter .
Just keep the payslip with yourself and politely ask the Reasons to your CEO for not providing the above mentioned documents.
No need to press the panic bottom yet as you got Appointment and payslips( I assume) with yourself
