Respected All,
I would like to request to all of you to impart the directives / information about the pf withdrawal.
Let me elaborate this:- Actually I want to know that if an employee complete the 10 yrs duration of PF membership and after this particular duration if employee left the job then what will be the procedure to withdrawal the whole pf and pension fund at once. On the other hand she or he is not interested to take the pension benefit.
Your valuable suggestion or comments will be highly appreciated.
With huge regards

Dear Vikas Kumar,
As per the EPS-95, those who completed 10 years are eligible for pension. (9 years and six months will be rounded up as 10 years). Accordingly one time withdrawal is not possible.
My friend Mr. M.V. Kannan has shared a withdrawal experience in this forum regarding an abroad going employee whose service is more than 10 years. But I don't know the actual context. The PF rule for international workers may differ.
