1. IIT-Kharagpur (HSS and VGSOM).
2. XLRI.
3. XIMB.
4. Other IITs where Management is taught.

You can do the phd in hr from following universities:
1. Hnb garhwal university, uttrakhand
2. Gurukul kangri university, haridwar
3. Ggs ip university, delhi
4. Br ambedkar university, agra
5. Bhu, kanpur
6. Uttrakhand technical university, dehradun
apart from this there are lots of other universities, which provides degree in management.
One important suggestion from me is that don't go for private university. Do it from the govt. University only because it has value all over india - in pvt. Sector as well as govt. Sector.
