Dear All, I have one more question. We are into Flexi staffing in the IT consulting industry and depute our software engineers to our various clients. In turn, our clients depute them to their project sites or clients' premises. Does this activity come under CLRA? Should we get ourselves registered under the CLRA?

If you are raising the bill against manpower and your strength is 20 or more, then the Contract Labor Regulation and Abolition Act (CLRA) is applicable to your particular company. However, if it is for advice or consultancy, then CLRA is not applicable.
Central Government Applicability
Your company's appropriate governing body is the Central Government, in which case CLRA/Minimum Wages will be applicable.
