Very interesting post. If that is scientifically true, which ostensibly it seems, then why is there a hue and cry for parity among genders even for such onerous tasks as combat duty and similar duties. Any empowerment buffs on purely gender differences... listening!!!!

I don't really agree with all that is mentioned. Everything depends upon conditioning, both physical and mental. So, whether one is a man or a woman, it is only the responses to one's conditioning. For many centuries, women were suppressed, controlled, manipulated, and never given an equal platform to compete with men!
It is only now and in the recent past that women were and are given equal opportunities to compete with men. Nowadays, women have crossed all those frontiers which, until yesterday, were deemed not possible by women! Only time will tell!

Hi all, I am accepting "Vigsysjesu" post. One example is women used to cry when they are in big troubles, but men used to think about it rather than crying. Women think about why it happened and who is responsible for it, but men first think of a solution for that.
Good bosses will do genuine favors by making bold decisions for the sake of their subordinates, even if it means overruling some simple rules. However, lady bosses tend to stick to rules. The main reason is that lady bosses may not know how to navigate the challenges that could arise from their bold decisions.
