Hi
Yes if you have trust & exempted by EPFdept, then no need to take fresh EPF Code , otherwise you know PF applicable on 20 employees and hope it will be applicable on 10 employees, bill for amendment is pending.

Hi Thanks for reply. My question is in different way. Is PF code applicable to us? Exemption is second thing. PF Code is applicable or not applicable to us?

Employees' Provident Fund and the Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 is a Social Security Legislation and it is the right of employees, just like salary. All the exemptions provided in this Act is based on equal or better benefis.
Hence being a Charitable Trust, you cannot deny the rights of the employees.
