Hi all,
A couple of months back, I downloaded the Attrition Calculator but would like to know the formula to calculate it, which was also posted last month. I tried to search in the forum but didn't find it.
Please post the formula.

Mr. Arun,
I went through the revised "Attrition Calculator" posted by you. I calculated and found it to be okay. However, one thing needs clarification in response to my query: why are there 2 formulas to calculate the attrition rate? If it is necessary to have 2 formulas to calculate the same thing, then why is there a percentage difference between the two? I hope to receive a reply on this matter. Thank you.
