My name is Madhumitha. I am currently pursuing an international certification on "competency mapping." In this regard, I have to conduct a mock assessment center for which I am in the process of designing tools such as a case study and so on. I have chosen to measure two competencies through the case study tool: "planning and organizing" and "conflict management."
Can anyone tell me where I can find sample case studies to get an idea?
