Dear Seniors,

This is Poulami. I have 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment. I want to do an SAP course in HR. Please let me know the future scope of SAP HR. Can you tell me the names of the institutes where I can do this course (in Bangalore)? Can anybody help me out to know more about SAP HR and its Pros & Cons? Hi Polumi, this is Smitha. I am an SAP HR professional working in Chennai. SAP HR has a great demand in the market. If you're interested in doing the course and if you're serious about it, go ahead. But remember one thing: it's not easy to do a job and get trained in SAP. You have to invest a lot of time in it, and getting a job in the SAP field is also challenging. I'm not trying to scare you, but I want you to know the difficulties that I faced when joining the course. Good luck to you, my friend. Bye.

Dear Smitha,

I am also interested in doing the SAP HR course. I too have heard that it is very difficult to get a SAP job as a fresher. Can you kindly share with me what kind of difficulties you faced in getting a job? This will help me make a better decision.

Thanks,
Parikshit

Hi Polumi,

I have completed some practical training and changed my job before its final phase. Everything I did was only on the development server. Now, I want to transition into SAP HR. Please advise on how I can make this possible. Let's focus on the solutions and not the difficulties.

Hi Smitha,

Thanks a lot for your reply! Right now, I am working in a consultancy as a recruiter. I have already submitted my resignation. I will be relieved on 22nd June. I want to join an SAP HR course.

However, my friends have suggested that I should not pursue an SAP course. They mentioned that it is very challenging to secure a job in SAP. I am feeling very confused.

Please help me.

Hi Smitha,

Could you please share with us some more information about where you did your SAP HR and what your background is? Also, I would like to know if it is okay if we pursue it from other institutes (other than SIEMENS).

Hi Smitha,

I am working as a Senior HR Executive in Hyderabad. I have attended a course in SAP HR at one of the institutes in Hyderabad for the last year, but I have not been successful in securing a position in SAP HR yet. Could you please assist me in finding a job as a SAP HR Trainee? I would be grateful if you could help me with any relevant openings.

Thanks and regards,

Dear Smitha,

Like other HR friends, I would like to pursue the SAP-HR course. I inquired about the course details from Genovate (I) Pvt Ltd. and found out that the fee for the course is around 1.65 lakhs. The duration of the course is 200 hours. Now, I would like to get your opinion on whether investing such a significant amount of money and time is worth it or not. Can you assist me with this?

Thanks

Hi Poulami,

Please find the attached Word document. This will help you understand the modules for SAP HR, which I received from Siemens Information Systems Limited. I am forwarding you the same email that I received.

Have a bright future. Good day.

Hi,

You can do SAP training from reputable institutes like Genovate and Siemens. After that, you can definitely get a break as a fresher in some rollout or support project in any SAP company.
