Hi all!
Please provide me with the latest format of a resume for a fresher. It's very urgent as I have to start applying now to companies. I am in the 2nd year of my MBA in HRM. By the way, did you read my article 'Performance Management System - Its true purpose'? Please read it and share your remarks and comments.
Cheers!

I am an MBA HR fresher too, and I am looking out for the 'ideal' format of a resume. Please mail it to me if you find it, at .

Guys, do some Googling work. But I tell you, 80% of Indian CVs are fabricated. So, while copy-pasting, do it carefully. Because recruiters or HRs know where freshers make mistakes, so give utmost concern to your CVs. I would recommend reading the below-mentioned articles.
