I was working in an export company as an HR executive from March 2011 to July 4th, 2011, and I left my job after July 4th, 2011. I informed my senior on June 26th. However, my previous company is withholding my June month's salary and my full and final settlement. Now, I want to know if I can take any legal action to receive my salary and what legal steps I can take.
