Hi
One of our employee Gratuity calculation i have to do he is worked 13 years his salary componenets is given below.
Basic : 3700/-p.M
HRA :370/-p.m
Con : 185 p.m
Sp All : 2120
Leave salary : 775/-p.m
when iam calculation Gratuity on bsic salary is came = RS 27750 (Basic/26)*15*13.
However employee is asking calculation on gross if not he wanted to go to Labour court .
Let me know iam i did correct calculation?
Is there any danger if employee goes to Labour court
