Dear Friends,

I am running a private Computer Centre, and I would like to seek approval from government schools to operate the centre on the school premises. The purpose is to provide classes for Higher Secondary students as well as for students other than Higher Secondary. Does anyone have a sample letter format that can be used to send a proposal to the Government?

Thank you.

First, you should obtain the syllabus for Computer Education in Government Schools. Rearrange your courses according to that syllabus. Develop a grading system. Write a profile about yourself and your institution. Include the number of individuals trained by your institution. Explain how the Computer Education Course can be advantageous for students pursuing it as a career and for further higher studies. Provide information on certifications, ratings, affiliations, and the financial standing of your institution. Describe your faculty and their training experience. Outline the fee structure and the services you will offer, such as providing teachers and computer equipment, along with your charges. Additionally, elaborate on how your services will be more beneficial compared to school-based learning.

Conclude with the terms and conditions from your side and those acceptable to you from the government side.

Dear Alamelu98,

The suggestions of Surendra Bhanot are praiseworthy. Hence, you have to make a proposal. But while preparing the same, you have to discuss with the assistant director of Education in your area. Through them, the proposal shall be forwarded to the Mantralaya of your state for the grant of registration. You shall get the format of the letter from their office only, so do not lose your confidence and proceed towards success.
