I want to know about EL,CL,SL,and other leave that wheare i can read about this tipe of leave. i wanna take knowage about all tipe of leave mainly El,Cl,Sl.
that how many EL,Cl,Sl we can take in one month & who are aplicable for El,Cl,Sl and what is the conditation for take El,Cl,Sl.
so anybody can give me notes of leave.

leave is very vast topic and first of all you have to clear for which industry you want to know whether it is covered under
factories act or shop and establishment act and of which state your establisment /factory is located

Break up of Leaves as follows,
Total no. of PL paid leaves 13
Total no. of CL casual leaves 7
Total no. of SL sick leaves 6

PL: minimum of 3 PL's & maximum of 5 PL's
SL: you can club sick leaves as per your illness
CL: you can take 1 CL at a gap of 2 months.
You cannot take PL & CL's together
At the ned of the financial year balance PL's can be encashed however if there are any balance SL's or CL's this cannot be encashed or carry forwaded.
