I need suggestions and help too.
I started my career with a recruitment firm where I worked for 1 year. Due to some problems, I resigned from there. I then looked for a job but decided not to work in any recruitment firm. I targeted only corporate roles. After a long time, about 1 year, I got a job in a corporate setting. However, the issue now is that I am only involved in recruitment. During the interview, I was informed that I would be responsible for core HR activities, but so far, for the past year, I have only been focusing on recruitment.
I want to learn about other HR activities. What should I do? These circumstances are frustrating me a lot. Please suggest.
