Hi All,
I want to introduce new systme in my company to give gifts to the employees who have completed three years of service with the company.
Can you please suggest what type of gifts can be given so that it is motivating and longlasting.

In my opinion and experience, Gifts to employee is good. Not for putting three years service, then this will become a bargaining / expectation factor for the employees including the cost of which, in the future years. However I suggest a gift (even cash vouchers) with appreciation certificate for those employees who did additional contribution / or take additional responsiblity for the organisation sucess / efficiency / invention / cost control / team building, will have a long run benefit for the organisation, and a good motivation factor for the employees.
