Friend of mine Worked for a company for 4 months .has resigned his job due to Contineous illness due to chikengunia ..., PF has been deducted to in his current co ...
he doest want his Future employer to knw that he left the job due to sickness ..as that will never fetch a job for him ...
so he want to hide it & wants to show that he is still with his Ex employer
my ques is whether he can take the Pf money & cancel the account / transfer to his new employer
if he transfers the account
Will that create a problem of, them finding out that he is not the employee which is shown in his releaving letter

Dear Sirajuddin,
Your friend cannot withdraw his full PF amount since he has not completed his 6 months term. He can fill up 10C fom and select to accept PF scheme certificate. Or else he can withdraw partial amount of 12% of his share of contribution and 3.67% of employers share but not remaining 8.33% of Pension fund.
If he wants to transfer the same to his new employer then there the is problem because he has to fill up form No 13 to get his funds transfered to the new account where he has to fill up the details regarding his previous employment and resignation, so obviously alerting his new employer...
