As per my knowledge, for a PF registered company, PF contribution is not compulsory for employees who are having(in the present organization) basic pay of more than Rs.6,500/- & were not having PF account in previous company.
Recently, one of my PF consultant friend informed that we should deduct PF for all employees.
Please help me in getting the proper information.
