Hi,
This is an interesting article...just read the complete article...it's funny but very useful...talks some practical facts!
The idea is that people who are 'stupid' and hard-working create more work for themselves and for everybody else around them. We've all known someone in our lives who works on weekends and expects his subordinates to also sacrifice their personal time. Beware of such people. They find devious ways to look busy and act busy. They create new projects and feel good only when they have a cluttered looking desk and busy calendar.

Hi
This is a very good article.
As mentioned, there are people who are so caught up in work, they forget to get a life, and generally are not successful in effectively managing personal relationships.
A book on this topic which you can consider is "How to be Idle" by Tom Hodgkinson. One of the ideas propounded in the book is that you need time off in order to create or do things better. Very fascinating.
Thanks again.

Hi Ryan,
Also, people do feel very important or intelligent when they say they work 24X7...or seven days a week (like a golu ka bail).
Separately, I would definitely like to read the book - "How to be Idle" by Tom Hodgkinson. Thanks for sharing the book name.
Warmly,
Shashank
