Can anyone help me out with my query related monthly submissions dates of FORM 5, 10 & 12 A.
As per my info monthly submission to happen every 15th of month.
My query related to one day late submission will be consider as non compliant as per statutory records.
I have attended one audit meet where in our FORM 5,10 & 12 A due to centralized submission at bangalore or due to public holiday on 15th Aug .Form 5,10 & 12 A got submitted on 16th Aug.
Auditor has announce non compliant due to late submission.
Can anyone please clarify or share more info on submission dates .
In next month audit i have to prepare on auditor queries how i am non- complaint.
Please share your views.

Dear Friend,
the aforesaid forms are P.F monthly returns forms. From 5 is for new Joins, 10 is resigned employee during the month , Form 12A is monthly return form and we have to attached triplicate of challan along with these forms.
According to P.F norms monthly returns due date is 25th of following month. In your case you have submitted with in the stipulated time so don't worry. To my knowledge If we submitted after due date nothing will happens . But P.F amount should be pay within stipulated time that is 15th of following month with maximam of 6 days grace period that is 21st of the following month if we cross this date as per p.f norms we have to pay interest.
P.F Annual Returns due date is 30th of Apr..... I hope you are clear now.
