i've been working with Haier Telecom (I) Pvt Ltd since Aug,06. i m designated here as a HR Executive. After Completing my MBA this is my 1st job in HR...Although i've a work - Ex of 2.5 years other then HR too...
Now i m looking for a change...and i really need it as m suffering from great difficulty.....There is no HR Manager Over me and m the all alone person in HR Deptt. I really feel that this is my learning age and m not able to learn because of this situation....
I if nybody cud help me out in finding out ny good job in HR ...i wud really be very greatful to him/her.
