It is hereby informed that the Overtime register is to be maintained in Form XXIII by you, and HRA is to be included in calculating the OT payment. Form XIX, as shown by you, relates to the issuance of wage slips under the Contract Labour (R&A) Central Rules, 1971. Rule 25(2) pertains to the terms and conditions of the license issued under this Act.
