Refereed to the above subject , I would like you to go through the attached resume once and analyze the following situation

Position is for sales Manager ( direct / channel sales) with experience of 4 to 7 years in IT
  • Resumes been shortlisted by the company HR ( not by any consultancy) and communication been made.
  • The person confirms who will take the interview if decision maker not there he will not attend the interview.
  • Company HR tells "the Director will take the interview".
  • The person surprised to see HR taking interview , as he realized she is not decision maker and will reply " we'll let you know later " or "call back you later".
  • As professional the person even attend the HR round and tells the reason of job change and why looking for another change.
  • Current job the person is on contract and now renewing the contract and keeping the CTC with the company and not withdrawing.
  • What is wrong if the person is changing the job every year, as in each job the person is giving proper notice period and still have good relation with the management of the past companies. One may say due to job change per year he is been rejected , if he is not worthy would have been kicked out in 3 months, in sales Non performers cannot stick to a job for more then 6 months as companies ( employer) will not do any charity rather then business.
  • Expected CTC the person is asking is 8 lakh minimum and looking only in IT industry as possess both direct and channel knowledge.
Now my question is if the person is not suitable for the job why the HR have shortlisted the resume when in resume itself the person mentions expected salary is minimum 8 Lakh PA.

Once shortlisted the resume, why the HR gives falls commitments , as concerned person never take the interview and as HR in order to show to their management that they are working makes falls promises.

If the HR is telling we'll get back to you, then even if the candidate is rejected on any ground it is necessary that they call up the candidate and inform the reason of rejection.

Kindly put your comments after you check the resume and above mentioned situation carefully, this is major reason why the candidates these days do not turn up for interviews .
HR is busy person but does it mean others are also free and they should not respect others time ?
Who has lost the reputation HR or the company? It is the company who has lost the reputation for HR negligence as the same candidate will do mouth to mouth publicity against the company for wasting his time.

Realizing all these facts , I want to know does today's HR really worthy?
