I belong to Haryana. I have done my MBA from Uttrakhand and Now i am working in qatar but now my visa category is different so i want to change my visa category. for this purpose i need to get the education certificate attested from HRD and MEA.
Pls let me know how i can do all the necessary activities in short period of time? Or can i send the orignial certificate to my parents in Haryana and get it done there? Is it necessary for me to go there personally to get the things done? I am confused.
Pls advice what will be the process and what is the addresses for the same....

Hii,
You can also get it done form the Indian Embassy in Qatar. From embassy they will send here to Delhi (HRD Dept.) and get it attested.
You should possess all originals while attestation.
Just visit there and try to get to know the processes they will guide how it will be done.
