Hi Jaga
Attached are the PF Withdrawal forms there are two forms to be filled which are 10C & 19 as 10C is for pension and 19 is for PF. The 12% which you contribute 8.33% goes to ur pension account which is usually the same as your PF number. The process is as under (for PF deposited with RPFC).
1. Fill the forms without any mistakes / overriding and submit to HR
2. Forms are sent to PF Office after 60 days from your last working day
3. After that PF Office take another 60 days for its process & disburse it.
4. There are two mode of remittance given in the forms which are payable by way of Cheque/ DD and sent to your address or direct credit to your saving bank account.
This process may vary in case of private or PF held up with trusts
Rgds,
Shiva
