Hi all,

If the CTC is INR 9,00,000 per annum, how should the salary breakdown be designed with a special allowance? Please assist. Additionally, if possible, could you provide the breakdown in an Excel format? Kindly state the HR processes and illustrate how the salary slip will appear.

Zed
