Are you certain that the contribution rates listed in the attachment provided by you and published in LLR, July 2009, have not been altered thus far? The Tamil Nadu Government has increased this contribution by amending their LWF Act, resulting in the contribution rate for employees now being Rs. 7 instead of Rs. 5, and Rs. 14 instead of Rs. 10 for employers from July 2009 onwards.
