As Compensation and Benefit Manager, I am looking forward to making Compensation Structure that are Employee Friendly and help saving tax.
Currently we have following components:
Basic Sal
HRA
Conv
Special Allowance
Flexi Allowance (Combo of Medical Reimb, Sodexho MEal and Gift Vouchers)
I am looking forward to adding lot more reimb items that will help save tax,
But need real guidance on some of the heads like:
Domestic Help Salary Reimb
Dress Expense Reimb
Journal Reimb
Renovation Reimb etc

Do you have any idea on the limits of tax benefit on heads other than the one that we already have

Children Edu Allowance - Rs.200/- p.m - Tax free Children Hostel Allowance - Rs.300/- p.m - tax free Spl. allowance is taxable LTA - upto 2 months basic- tax exempted Club Allowance - tax exempted
