I would like to know the work culture of Shapoorji and Pallonji Group. What are their strong points, weak points, are they employee-centric, do they reward employees well enough, what is the level of commitment to employee development, how are the policies, transparency level across the hierarchy, and the open-door policy.

Please help.

It is one of the leading construction companies in India. The policies & working conditions will be almost similar in all big construction companies.

It is not a fair question.In all companies the are some portion of good and bad.It is you who and how to cope up with the situation. This is not a justified quarry.

How are the policies and transparency? - Very good.
Level across hierarchy - International level.
Open door policy - Good

Hi, Shapoorji & Pallonji, i.e. Eureka Forbes, have a strong point - career chart or ladder of success. It means that once you join the organization, you will be promoted after achieving your targets. There are many examples of it; you can search it on Google.

A weak point is the pay scale, which is too low. The rest of the points given above by "mansurihamid" are correct.
