Dear all What is the limit of bonus to be paid to a worker whose basic is Rs.2500?

there is noting like min. bonus.
the minumum amount to be paid as bonus shld be 8.33% of basic + DA and max. to 20%.
The Minimum amount consider for calculation is 3500 and max. is 10,000.
But company can consider the basic+DA amount as per there compensation policy

Min. 8.33% and MAx. 20% of basic is a part of Bonus and this Basic's max. limit is Rs. 3500 also whose basic is less than 10000 is eligible for Bonus as per act. it means Bonus limit 8400 max. per year
